Dream Pod 9's business hours are Monday to Thusday, 10:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday 10:30 am to Noon Eastern Time (we are based in Montreal, Canada). If your calling to place a phone order (514-523-1350) make sure you have your Visa or Mastercard card ready. We will ask you for your name, address, daytime phone number as well as card expiration date. Be patient with us as we will review your order and coordinates at the end of the call. Sorry, no CODs or personal checks. We do not accept product returns, but if there is a problem (damaged or missing product or missing miniature part) let us know at rdubois@dp9.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

All prices on the Dream Pod 9 Online Store are in US Dollars. When you pay via money order please make sure it is with a US Dollar money order. If you select Paypal you will automatically be charged the total in US Dollars. If you select Credit Card for either Visa or Mastercard you will be charged the US Dollar amount converted into Canadian Dollars (as we are located in Canada) at the credit card processing dates exchange rate. Note: Quebec residents will be charged 5% GST and 7.5% PST taxes. Other Canadian residents will be charged 5% GST tax to their orders.

We now ship once a week, on Fridays. All orders are processed as they are received, with Thursday morning being the cutoff time for each Friday shipping. Canadian Orders are shipped using Canada Post's Expedited service which takes a week or less to any where in Canada. US orders are now shipped by US Post's Priority Mail, which takes 3 business days to anywhere in the USA (so most orders should be there the following Wednesday). International Orders are now shipped by US Post's Airmail/International Priority Mail, which takes about 2-3 weeks to anywhere.

Ordering straight from us has never been easier! All you need to do is login and create an account with your name address and phone number. Check out our catalog pages, click on the item(s) you want and quantities. Before Checkout please double check that all the items that are listed in your Shopping Cart are what you wanted to order. If you need to remove any items or just want to check what you've picked up so far, simply click on the Shopping Cart, which is at the top right of every page of the online catalog. Once you've chosen the items you wanted, you can Checkout any time and pay for your order with the following options:

Credit Card: If you choose Credit Card you will be asked to enter your credit card information on our secure server, which will check that the credit card is valid, but not process it right away. Then you will receive an automated confirmation email that Dream Pod 9 has received your order. The credit card will be processed normally within 24 hours, or on Monday, if the order is placed on the weekend. Once payment is received, the order is packed and normally ships out on Friday with all the past weeks orders. All information that you transmit to Dream Pod 9 is kept secure at all times.

PayPal: If you choose to pay via PayPal you will be transfered to their secure website to complete your payment. Then you will receive an automated confirmation email that Dream Pod 9 have received your order. Once payment is received, the order is packed and normally ships out on Friday with all the past weeks orders. All information that you transmit to Dream Pod 9 is kept secure at all times and all infomation you transmitted to PayPal is kept secure by them.

Money Order: If you choose International Money Order, you will have to mail your money order to Dream Pod 9 at the address below, along with a copy of your order sheet. Once payment is received, the order is packed and normally ships out on Friday with all the past weeks orders. All information that you transmit to Dream Pod 9 is kept secure at all times.

Small Items

We also offer a reduced shipping price for orders only containing patches, decals and small pewter parts. These are shipped for $2 to Canada and the United States, or $3 to other countries. These orders will be shipped via the postal service in a small enveloper or padded mailer.
