Shipping Information
Dream Pod 9's business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (we are based in Montreal, Canada). If you're calling to place a phone order (514-523-1350) make sure you have your Visa or Mastercard card ready and ask for Robert. We will ask you for your name, address, daytime phone number as well as card expiration date. Be patient with us as we will review your order and coordinates at the end of the call. Sorry, no money orders, CODs or personal checks.
Returns: We do not accept product returns or issue refunds, but if there is an order problem (damaged or missing product or missing miniature part) let us know via email at rdubois@dp9.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
All prices on the Dream Pod 9 Online Store are in US Dollars. If you select Paypal you will automatically be charged the total in US Dollars. If you select Credit Card for either Visa or Mastercard you will be charged the total amount in US Dollars. Note: Quebec residents will be charged 5% GST and 9.975% PST taxes. Other Canadian residents will be charged 5% GST tax to their orders.
All orders are processed as they are received and are shipped using Canada Post's Expedited service for Canadian orders and the US Postal Service for US and International orders. This may change over to Canada Post for US and International orders once all the details of the new USA Tariffs of 25% on all Canadian Imports (March 4th, 2025) become known.
Ordering straight from us has never been easier! All you need to do is login and create an account on the Dream Pod 9 Online Store with your name, address, and phone number. Check out our catalog pages, click on the item(s) you want and quantities. Before Checkout please double check that all the items that are listed in your Shopping Cart are what you wanted to order and that your shipping address is correct. If you need to remove any items or just want to check what you've picked up so far, simply click on the Shopping Cart, which is at the top right of every page of the online catalog. Once you've chosen the items you wanted, you can Checkout any time and pay for your order with the following options:
Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard): If you choose Credit Card you will be asked to enter your credit card information on our secure server, which will check that the credit card is valid, but not process it right away. Then you will receive an automated confirmation email that Dream Pod 9 has received your order. The credit card will be processed normally within 24 hours, or on Monday, if the order is placed on the weekend. All credit card information that you transmit to Dream Pod 9 is encrypted for maximum security. Once payment is received, the order sheet is printed and any needed items are cast up and packed. Then the order ships out on our next scheduled shipping date.
PayPal: If you choose to pay via PayPal you will be transferred to their secure website to complete your payment. Then you will receive an automated confirmation email that Dream Pod 9 have received your order. All information that you transmit Dream Pod 9 is kept secure at all times and all information you transmitted to PayPal is kept secure by them. Once payment is received, the order sheet is printed and any needed items are cast up and packed. Then the order ships out on our next scheduled shipping date.
Pod Reward Points:
Dream Pod 9's customer loyalty program automatically gives Pod Reward Points on products over $5 USD in value that can be used to reduce the cost on your next order. An item of $5 to $9.99 USD gives 1 Pod Reward Point, that is worth about $1 USD, a $15 to $19.99 item gives 2 points and so on. Products can be purchased using your Pod Reward Points when your logged into your account and by applying them (you choose how many) to your order when in View Cart before Checkout. The amount of points required for an item is bases on its none sale price rounded up, so a $2.50 custom part would use 3 points per part if multiple are selected and an item on sale at $19.99 but who's normal price is $24.99 would use 25 points. Points generated from new orders are added to your account once the order is updated to the "shipped" order status and can be used on your next order.

Important Notice for US Customer Orders Only:
The new US Tariff of 25% on all Canadian imports is now in effect as of March 4th 2025. Orders may have to be shipped with Canada Post to the USA and have their Sub-Total value before any reward points are used entered as the value of the package. The US Postal Service that delivers Canada Post mail in the USA may be required by US Customs to collect the 25% Tariff on the Sub-Total from the US Customer before delivery. If this occurs the US Customer will need to pay the Tariff for the US Postal Service to deliver the package.
